Youth from Islamic Relief Canada Visit the Alija Izetbegović Foundation

It was a special pleasure to welcome a group of young people from Canada to the premises of the Alija Izetbegović Foundation on April 14th, 2025. They visited Bosnia and Herzegovina through the humanitarian organization Islamic Relief Canada, accompanied by Dr. Tarek Faid.

During their stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the youth from Canada will become acquainted with our history and culture, and participate in humanitarian activities organized by Islamic Relief Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We used their visit to the Foundation as an opportunity to discuss valuable projects of Islamic Relief, as well as the complex past of our homeland and the intellectual and statesmanlike legacy of Alija Izetbegović. The young visitors showed great interest in these topics, and we hope their stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina will remain a beautiful memory!
