President of the “Consilium Bosniacum” Alliance from Austria visited the Alija Izetbegović Foundation

On April 17th, 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Damir Saračević, President of the Alliance of Bosnian-Herzegovinian Associations in Austria, “Consilium Bosniacum,” to the Alija Izetbegović Foundation.

Mr. Saračević was received at the Foundation by Zijad Ljevaković, President of the Foundation’s Board of Directors, Sabina Berberović, daughter of Alija Izetbegović and a Board member, Amor Mašović, also a member of the Board, and Esma Zlatar, Secretary General.

We discussed the work of both the Alliance and the Foundation, with a special focus on the Foundation’s project aimed at establishing closer cooperation with the Bosnian diaspora, as well as the Summer School for youth from the diaspora, which the Foundation is organizing again this year.

We consider the work of the “Consilium Bosniacum” Alliance in Austria to be extremely important and beneficial, and we hope that future projects will offer opportunities for our collaboration.
